You can set office hours in Fuse IM to distinguish between when your business is closed and your team is therefore offline.
This allows you to enable a number of features that behave differently depending on whether you are online, such as the welcome prompt, triggers and auto responses.
When you are logged in and viewing your dashboard, click on the user menu top-right, click on "Website Settings" and find "Office Hours" in the left hand menu.
There you will the days and hours of business to choose from.
