Data in Fuse IM is organized into websites, where each website contains team members (operators), conversations and messages.
Each "website" has a unique ID that you can use to make API requests or install the chatbox code on your website.
Please note, if you copy your chatbox tag from your settings then that code will already contain the website ID.
You can find the ID for a website either in the chatbox code tag, or when logged in to the website and viewing your own inbox you can look in your browser's address bar.
